Welcome to the Virtual Office of Judicial Options. Com, providers of supervised, offender-paid (House Arrest) Electronic Monitoring Services for non-violent persons who are employed.
We offer a second chance alternative to jail for those individuals that the courts deem qualified that meet the criteria of the court and the terms and conditions of our EM Application and EM Contract.
Judicial Options.Com is the bridge between the traditional EM (House Arrest) Program provided by the Probation and Sheriff's Departments for individuals that the Judge decides that our company would be better suited.
This alternative to jail is an opportunity to save California taxpayers the cost of housing non-violent, employed persons in local county jails and ease the increasing financial burden of the Courts and law enforcement agencies due continued servere budget cuts.
Only the Judge in the case can make the decision to allow the individual to participate in our program.
Most cases considered by the courts for our EM program are out-of-jurisdiction cases for first-time DUI, first-time drug possession; petty theft, possession of stolen property, etc.
If the client is unemployed, but has a designated financially responsible party for payment, they may be eligible for our EM program.
The client must have a permanent residence.
We use GPS BLUtag® Monitoring Ankle Bracelets with VeriTracks® software provided by the Satellite Tracking of People, (STOP.)
Installation is quick because the client does not have to order an extra telephone line to be installed.
We need a Judge's Minute Order with the specific number of days to be served ( all deductions for time served, etc., must be made before we are given the Minute Order ) along and any other instructions relevant to the sentence.
Our agents are licensed and bonded (many of whom are retired Law Enforcement Officers and Military Reservists ) are provided by 0-60 Process Servers. These agents are located throughout California and are trained to install the GPS ankle bracelets.
We use 21st Century state-of-the-art technology with BLUtag® GPS Ankle tracking monitoring tags, with the most advanced Google® Mapping location technology. (This equipment is the same used by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation) in several California Counties.
We program the addresses provided by the client which become authorized inclusion zones (locations) into the VeriTracks® tracking software. Authorized locations would include place of employment, mandatory alcohol education classes, school, daycare, church, doctor's office as examples.
We can program (exclusion) location addresses that the client is not authorized to go into the VeriTracks® software. Those unauthorized locations would be ordered by the court.
First and foremost our commitment is to enforce the Court's directives via the Minute Order issued by the Judge in the case.
A Digital Photo is taken by our Agents, as evidence that the client was installed with the BLUtag® GPS Ankle bracelet along with their California Driver's License or California Identification Card ; this proof is sent to the Judge and all related parties in the case along with the Letter of Compliance.
We are not authorized to make any adjustments to the number of days of the sentence instructed on the Minute Order. Only the Judge or other judicial entities involved in the case can reduce the number of days to be served on our offender-paid Electronic Monitoring (House Arrest) program.

We are not here to judge, the client has already been through that process with the courts.
Our commitment is to make sure the client stays in compliance with the sentence rendered by the Court through our offender-paid supervised GPS Electronic Monitoring program.
The daily rate is based on the income of each client; verification of income is required via pay stub, etc. All invoices must be paid in full prior to the completion date of our EM program. The Letter of Completion will be sent to the Court provided there are no violations to the terms and conditions of our EM program.
